Returns Management (RMA) - Form

Dear Customer,

complete this form with as much information as possible.

Please note the important information / procedure:

• Goods can only be returned with the agreement of KELCH and on receipt of an RMA number. You will receive the RMA
  number within 2 to 3 working days.
• 20% of the value of the goods and/or a minimum of €50.00 will be charged for inspection and administrative handling
  (free samples and repairs are exempt from this).
• The goods must be in their original packaging (with the exception of repairs) and returned to us carriage-paid.
  We reserve the right to refuse goods for which carriage needs to be paid.
• Missing parts or damaged packaging will be charged separately.
• Custom-made products, software, damaged and used goods/products cannot be returned for a credit note.
• In the event of a warranty, claim, the goods need to be returned within the agreed warranty period.
